This update resolves the following error that can occur when Windows Embedded Developer Update (WEDU) client is launched: 
"There was an error communicating with the server please try again later…" 
Install Instructions:
The executable automatically starts the Update Tool to update the Embedded Toolkit. 
 
Here are the steps to install the toolkit update without modifying existing user settings: 
	
	
	
	
- Launch WindowsEmbedded8Standard-November_2015_Toolkit_Update.msp
- Select ‘Next’ button
- Select ‘Repair’ and click ‘Next’ button
- Select ‘Repair’ button
- Select ‘Finish’ button after it finishes the installation
- Toolkit updates must be installed in the order they were released, so the November 2015 update must be installed after the previous updates in the following order:
- Sep 2013 (link=https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/hh442898#FileId=52872)
- Mar 2014 (Link=https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/securedownloads/hh442898#FileId=58338)
- Nov 2015
 
- If user selects ‘Modify’ instead of ‘Repair’ in step 3, both x86 and amd64 for IBW are checked by default.
